Pictures of Genital Herpes Genital Herpes is a virus that can be transmitted sexually. These pitures show the characteristic group of small sores or blisters that are the evidence of herpes infection. Sometimes the sores can't be seen. Herpes is usually contracted by coming in contact with the sores. Sometimes herpes can be spread even when the sores are gone.
